🌙🐸🦋 Cooma FrogWatch & Moth Night 🦋🐸🌙Join us for an evening of discovery as part of the Great Southern BioBlitz 2025!
At Murrumbidgee Reserve, we’ll be combining FrogWatch and a Moth Night to celebrate the hidden world of nocturnal wildlife.
✨ What’s happening:
Shine and discover – set up light traps and observe moths and other night insects 🦋💡
Listen and learn – identify local frogs by their unique calls 🐸🎧
Record and share – log your sightings to help track local biodiversity 📱🌏

This is a free, family-friendly event open to all ages and skill levels.
Bring sturdy shoes and your smartphone with the iNaturalist and FrogID apps installed (or a camera). Help will be available to use the ID apps.
