We will come together at the Royal Canadian Legion (Branch 582) to share good food, and good company with neighbours, friends and family.

Remembering What You Love Can Guide Your Life with Dr. Larry Nusbaum
Join us for a potluck evening of storytelling, inner guidance, and musical expression with Dr. Larry Nusbaum. There will be food and beverages provided, please feel free to bring something from home to share with the community. Dr. Larry Nusbaum will tell the story of how he accidently helped his uncle save his own life while in the midst of a medical crisis by remembering what he loved to do. Dr. Nusbaum will then guide participants in a brief exercise to help them remember what they love to do, and show them how to harness this power in their lives. He will also play original music throughout the evening.
Larry Nusbaum MD is a family physician and musician whose practice is focused on psychotherapy and mind body medicine. He is interested in intuition and designs simple, powerful Inner Guidance tools that help people access their deep natural intelligence. These tools reliably help people heal and guide their own lives.

We will provide tea, coffee, and beverages along with plates, cups and cuttlery.
