Cook'n with the Blue - 3rd Annual Jambalaya Cook Off. This exciting event will take place on Sunday, November 16, 2025. This year our focus is on a local St Tammany Parish Sheriff Deputy, David Eckhardt, a portion of our funds will be donated to the family to help with medical bills and every day living expenses.
We will also continue to support The Mandeville Police Foundation Toy Drive. If you or anyone you know would like to participate please bring a New Unwrapped Toy to the Check in table, day of the event.
COOK TEAMS :
Registration for the cook-off will begin on June 2, 2025, and will be open until October 15, 2025. However, please note that late registration will be accepted from October 15, 2025, until November 1, 2025, with a late registration fee. We encourage you to register early to secure your team's spot and avoid extra fees.

Each team may consist of a maximum of 4 team members and will be allocated a 10x10 canopy for their use. The registration fee for each team is $150, and payment must be made in the form of a check or cash at the time of sign-up. Late registration will be $250.
VENDORS :
Registration Fee is $75.
Please make checks payable to "Capt. Liberto Fund" - In the MEMO please put "Cook Off."
We will also accept Cash and Square Payment. Please note that Square payment will add a $10 fee to the registration.
You will get an approximately 10x10 rental space. We ask that you please supply your own tents, tables, chairs and anything needed to run your booth.
Registration Deadline is October 30th. Applications after October 30th will have a rental fee of $150.
This year we have a volunteer wanting to put together a "Parade of Prizes" during the event. If you would like to participate she is asking for a $25 item or gift bag to be auctioned off. If you would like to participate your registration fee would be $60 by October 30th. and late registration will be $100.
Items must be ready at the time of registration payment drop off.
