Chef Jim and Fire Cook Mark Cardinali are happy to partner up for a special "Date Night" workshop!
The perfect Valentines Day Meal!
During this workshop, guests will enjoy wine and beer tasting as well as a freshly fired meal from our chef's.
Demonstrations will take place on our EVO & Big Green Egg Units. By the end of the night, you and your loved ones can expect to know how to prepare a gourmet meal from start to finish on either of these wonderful appliances.

Workshops are back at Fora Ancaster!Our very own Chef Jim Cassidy is joined by Cluck & Squeal founder & Fire Cook Marc Cardinali for 6, intimate group cooking classes in the new year!
Each cooking class will take place in Fora Ancaster's Greenhouse allowing each guest to enjoy some incredible eats while surrounded by a wide variety of tropical plants.
Each group consists of 14-20 people, and these events will all take place after store hours to ensure privacy.

- There is no limit to the number of tickets you can buy or the number of workshops you can attend
- Alcohol tastings and pairing will occur.
- Each workshop runs for 1.5-2 hours
- Each workshop begins at 6 PM
