About this Event
Ask anyone you meet, and they will tell you that their grandmother is the best cook in the world—and the world is full of grandmothers. Inspired by the book, In Her Kitchen, Stories and Recipes from Grandmas Around the World by Gabriele Galimberti, our instructors will take you on a tour of the kitchens of some of these talented matriarchs. As you sit back and enjoy a variety of family favorites that celebrate these talented women. we will show you how to make each dish.
For ages 16 & up. Children 16 and younger must be accompanied by an adult. Each attendee must purchase a ticket.
Menu:
- Bat Bot (Berber Bread Baked in a Pan)
- Khinkali (Pork & Beef Dumplings)
- Hui Guo Rou (Twice-Cooked Pork with Vegetables)
- Karniyarik (Stuffed Eggplants with Meat & Vegetables)
- Tart with Walnuts & Mountain Honey
Safety & Precautions
- You will receive a link to a waiver in an email 2 days prior to class.
- We ask that you return a signed copy of the waiver for each attendee via email prior to class.
- Classes are limited to a maximum of two hours. For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed time of the class.
