Join us for a sensory-rich workshop exploring the art of Egyptian baharat blending with Hind Kasem of @bookofdishes. During this two-hour session, we’ll learn about the concept of cooking with nafas, a word often used to describe someone's special touch and intuition used in their cooking . You'll also have a chance to explore a variety of spices, their uses, and the flavors they bring to a dish and leave with a unique blend of your own.
