Dry Beans are the Harvest of the Month for March; and we will be taking advantage of the wide range these protein- and fiber-rich legumes have to offer, with sweet and savory dishes!
The Harvest of the Month is the highlighted seasonal produce item of our Community Harvest program, which procures local produce into CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) produce boxes and prepared meals. The featured item can also be purchased from our Micro Market, located in the Greenhouse at Highlander!
