In this class you will learn the health benefits of chickpeas, but you will also try your skills in making some tried and true favorites of these little beans.In this class, Chef Nico will be leading you through a hands-on experience on how to make DELICIOUS chickpea meatballs from scratch, an easy marinara sauce and chickpea flour sliders to create your own mini meatball grinders! If you manage to not eat it all in class, your leftovers will be gladly bagged for you to take home!
**All classes are hands-on working alongside with the chef. You are making your own dishes and either eating them onsite or packing and taking them home.**
