We are hosting a Cooking with Beer culinary experience where you can learn how to incorporate beer into your favorite dishes. Our experts will guide you through the process of creating three delicious dishes- all using beer as a key ingredient.
What's on the Menu?
We'll start off with Crispy Beer Battered Cheese Curds from Gunns Hill Cheese Makers. A hearty Beef & Beer stew is full of locally grown vegetables and a dark ale for a rich and delicious broth. Our final dish is a beer infused pizza crust topped with pepperoni, grilled fennel, and carmelized onion, which will bring out the natural flavours of a Baltic Porter Beer. All beer for this event is crafted locally at the Upper Thames Brewing Company.
