Join Chef Patti for a limited-seat cooking class at Side Hustle Taproom.
Each of these classes will vary in theme and cooking style!
This class on November 11th focuses on Sweet Potato Gnocchi. Along with the gnocchi, Chef Patti will have you make two sauces to go with the pasta. Brown Butter Sauce & a Creamy Garlic Parmesan w/ Artichoke. Making gnocchi by hand is like stepping into a timeless dance of texture and tradition. In the cooking class, you're not just following a recipe—you're immersing yourself in an age-old craft. All while enjoying a locally crafted beverage that Side Hustle is famous for.
