About this Event
Curious about sourdough but unsure where to start? Join us for this hands-on class where Instructor Amanda Machen will demystify the art of sourdough baking and make it approachable for everyone. During class, students will learn how to use dehydrated sourdough starter and understand its progression over time—what it looks like at 6 hours, 12 hours, and when it’s fully active. Amanda will also demonstrate creative ways to incorporate sourdough starter into your everyday meals, including her effortless waffle recipe that’s perfect for any morning!
