Sessions will feature hands-on cooking exercises and sample tastings, providing practical skills and delicious recipes to incorporate into your daily life.

Class Fee: $60, includes all six sessions.

Dates: This class series will be held on multiple dates, Mondays and Wednesdays, on September 2, 4, 9, 11, 16, and 18.
After participating in this series, you will:
- Increase your understanding of healthy eating concepts and health benefits associated with the Mediterranean-style eating pattern
- Increase your confidence in selecting, planning, preparing, and implementing a healthy, regular eating pattern
- Increase your understanding and implementation of mindful eating strategies
Curriculum: This series is based on the "Med Instead of Meds" curriculum, developed by NC State University. This curriculum emphasizes the benefits of the Mediterranean diet for long-term health and wellness.
