About this Event
Cooking Under Pressure is a hands on introduction to using an electric pressure cooker, such as the Instant Pot. This workshop covers the basics of how the cooker works, navigating the settings, and safety tips for using electric pressure cookers.
Participants will test out a recipe as they learn how pressure cooking can save time while producing flavorful, satisfying meals, along with simple techniques and recipe ideas to build confidence and get started at home.
