Join us at Square Pie Guys Oakland for a cookbook panel and the celebration of Hetal Vasavada’s collaboration pizza with Square Pie Guys.
Our moderator, Kate Leahy, will interview esteemed authors and publishers as they share their insights, anecdotes, and favorite recipes, while offering a unique perspective on the process of writing and documenting cultural recipes.
Our panelists are Hetal Vasavada, author of Milk & Cardamom, Anna Voloshyna, author of BUDMO! Recipes from a Ukrainian Kitchen, and Jenny Wapner, publisher at Hardie Grant. Panel to be approx 45 mins.
Each ticket entitles you to appetizers, Hetal’s collaboration pizza, and two glasses of wine made by female wine makers, plus a copy of the Milk & Cardamom cookbook.
