About this Event

Join us for a special Cooking for the Planet workshop as part of the Soil Association's Food for Life - Cook and Share Month.

We’ll focus on preparing sustainable, plant-based and seasonal meals. This session is all about cooking in a way that’s good for both you and the environment, using affordable and seasonal ingredients.

During the workshop, you’ll learn to:

  • Make delicious plant-based meals that celebrate seasonal produce.
  • Understand the benefits of organic ingredients for your health and the planet.
  • Discover how to cook on a budget while reducing your food footprint.

We’ll be sharing all the recipes online after the session, so you can continue cooking planet-friendly meals at home!

Public Session:

If you’d like to participate, we’re offering an open-to-the-public session on Wednesday afternoon (up to 8 participants). Pre-booking essential. Come along and get hands-on experience cooking sustainable dishes in a fun, community-oriented environment.

We are thrilled to be able to offer this cooking event free of charge thanks for funding from CAG
