Learn to prepare delicious globally inspired dishes with beans and pulses
About this Event

Legumes are versatile, inexpensive and nourishing.

In this hands-on workshop, we'll prepare globally inspired dishes using beans and lentils, including:

North Indian methi dal with chapati and chutney.

Mexican black bean tacos with guacamole and salsa.

This workshop is hands-on, suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and includes lunch and a take-away.
