Join celebrated Tacoma Chef Jan Parker on Wednesday, October 22nd from 5-7 pm for a lively and interactive evening exploring the flavors of the Philippines through its most iconic dish: Adobo π₯π΅ππ©π»βπ³ Participants in this class will learn how to prepare Chicken Adobo with rice, discover several adobo variations, and cook a vegan-friendly Mushroom and Daikon Adobo ππ§πβπ«The class will begin with a chef-led demonstration, followed by a hands-on experience in small groups. Everyone will taste, cook, and take home the knowledge needed to recreate adobo in their own kitchens π½οΈπ Participation for this class will cost $60 per person, with a $20 deposit needed to reserve a place.
