Chef Scott is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and has worked as a Chef in Buffalo for 15 years. He has created his own Spice line and Soecializes in Catering and Private Chef dinners. Chef Scott would like to share some of his favorite recipes with you in a hands on cooking class series held at Riff City.
Tickets are $90 per class and include everything you need for the recipes and one bottle of wine per two tickets. You can attend all three classes for $250
