Hi, I’m Sonia, a registered dietitian and nutritionist dedicated to making healthy eating simple, flavorful, and accessible. With a background in personalized nutrition, I create plans that respect cultural traditions, health goals, and family needs.
Originally from Brazil, I’ve lived in the U.S., Spain, and the Dominican Republic, where I’ve embraced diverse culinary traditions and the power of food for health and happiness.
As a Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialist (CDCES) and Renal Dietitian, I help clients manage chronic diseases through customized meal plans. I’m also pursuing certification in Culinary Medicine to combine cooking with evidence-based nutrition for healthier lifestyles.
