Experience the flavors of Louisiana in this hands-on, Cajun-inspired cooking class with Chef Berto. Guests will learn to make a rich, flavorful Shrimp Étouffée, served with white rice, using traditional techniques and spices. Perfect for anyone who loves bold flavors and wants to bring a taste of New Orleans home. The evening concludes with a classic Bread Pudding with Bourbon Sauce, a true Southern favorite. Participants will work in pairs. If you don’t have a partner, we’ll happily pair you with one.Details & Important Info

BYOB: Guests may bring one bottle of wine per group. Beer, wine, or champagne (21+)

Arrival: Please arrive 5 minutes early; parking available nearby
Attire: Comfortable clothing and shoes you don’t mind getting a little messy
