Istanbul Center invites you to join our Cooking Class & Luncheon. It will be on Saturday Feb 8 from 11am to 1pm. We will be learning to make Kiymalı pide, a traditional Turkish dish, specifically a type of flatbread or pastry. "Kiyma" means "minced meat" in Turkish, and "pide" refers to a type of flatbread. So, kiymalı pide is essentially a minced meat-filled flatbread or pastry. Kiymalı pide is often served as a snack or light meal, and it's a popular street food in Turkey.The program is open to public with registration. The cost is $15 per person.
