Attention pasta lovers! Join us for this hands-on pasta workshop where you’ll learn techniques for preparing fresh pasta dough and fillings and create a variety of stuffed pasta shapes including ravioli, tortellini, & more. Antipasti will be provided to snack on throughout class. We’ll conclude class with a pasta meal of some of your creations and students will leave with a selection of their handmade pastas to enjoy at home. Beer/wine and soft drinks available to purchase by the glass/bottle/can during class.* Classes are 2.5-3.5 hours, unless otherwise noted above
* You will work with other students in groups of 4-6.
* This hands-on class is limited to 12 students
* You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
*Note: please notify us of any allergies/dietary restrictions at the time of registration. Vegetarian diets can be accommodated with advance notice but we cannot accommodate vegan or gluten-free dietary restrictions for this class.
