In this hands-on class, participants will learn how to mix and knead their own pasta dough, then explore two classic techniques for rolling it out—using a pasta machine and rolling by hand. Along the way, you’ll gain tips for achieving the perfect texture and thickness at home.

To finish, the chef will demonstrate a simple, flavorful sauce and prepare a tasting so you can experience your fresh pasta at its best. Each participant will leave with the pasta they made in class, ready to cook and enjoy at home.
