About the Chef:
Chef Andy Ruggeri is a celebrated chef and restaurateur in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, known for managing and owning several award-winning establishments. He believes in the power of hard work and passion, values instilled in him from his early days cooking in his mom’s kitchen. Andy learned the trade through an apprenticeship under the internationally renowned French chef Liane “Madame” Kuony, the namesake of the Milwaukee Public Market demonstration kitchen, starting at age 17.
