About Chef Mary:
Mary Adashek is a baking and candy-making enthusiast who attributes her passion for baking to her mother, who taught her many skills. Mary began creating candies over 30 years ago when she noticed her husband's love for caramels and decided to take on the challenge of making them for him. Since then, she has expanded her repertoire of goodies and shared her tasty treats with family and friends. In 2018, she founded Sweet Connection Classes and now shares the techniques she has learned with others through 14 hands-on candy-making classes. Her greatest thrill is empowering others to create high-quality candies of their own with ease.
