Create great easy-to-prepare meatless dishes from simple ingredients and hearty enough to satisfy everyone at your table. Learn how to optimize your protein from plant foods and pump up flavor in your plant-centric meals. Suzanne will cover tips for seasonal cleansing for our bodies through minor changes. The recipes however, are dependent if we are going to try and cook again. If not, the first few recipes we don't need a skillet. Maybe an oven to finish.
