
About this Event
Learn key foundational cooking skills with this four week cooking series. You will learn how to safely use knives, how to saute and roast, you will make a avariety of snacks as mini meals, and some mother sauses to elevate your home cooking.
*Vegetarian friendly but not Glutten free or Vegan friendly*

Knife Skills - Wednesday Oct. 8th 5:30p - 7:30p
Sauté & Roasting - Wednesday Oct. 15th 5:30p - 7:30p
Snacks as mini-meals - Wednesday Oct. 22nd 5:30p -7:30p
Sauces - Wednesday Oct. 29th 5:30p -7:30p
Additional Information:
- Class fee of $200.00 per participant includes dinner of all dishes made.
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
Cancellation policy:
Due to the small class sizes and nature of planning for fresh ingredients, refund/transfer requests made less than 2 weeks before the class date may not be accepted. Note that refunds may not include the Eventbrite processing fee.
*There will be no partial or full refunds for no-shows or missing classes*
