Cookies are perfect for any occasion. Learn to take your treats to the next level. Melissa Stone from Confection Perfection by Melissa will teach attendees how to flood cookies with royal icing and other decorating techniques.
Materials provided. Space is limited.
Attendance Policy: Because this is a workshop late arrivals cannot be caught up. Registered attendees who haven't shown by 6:10 p.m. will be considered no-shows unless the library has been notified otherwise. Seats will then be open to anyone waiting on stand-by. Please take this into consideration before registering.

Q. What does it mean to "flood" cookies?
A. "Flooding" is a technique seen on many gourmet decorated cookies, including the ones in our event image, that creates a smooth surface of icing that covers the cookie's surface. A variety of decorations can be including in and on top of the flooded surface.
