Jamie Roberts, owner of Three Birdies' Bakery, has an amazing class that you are sure to love!In this hands-on class, she will teach you the how-tos for baking soft, buttery, and delicious cookies as well as making royal icing perfect for decorating!
During class you will go through the cookie making and baking process, and learn how to make royal icing. Jamie will discuss the importance of icing texture for both filling and flooding. You will take home your freshly made cookies as well as a bag of icing! Never overbake your sugar cookies again once you learn Jamie's process!
