Join Us for an Exciting Collaborative Tour!
Attention Real Estate Agents
I’m thrilled to invite you to our upcoming event on November 7th 2024, where we’ll foster a collaborative environment that showcases the incredible benefits of working together in real estate!
Let’s Connect:
We’ll kick off the day at 9:30 AM in the First United Bank conference room located at 101 Broadway Street. Enjoy light snacks, coffee, tea, and water while we gather. (Look for the side door that leads directly into the conference room!)
Focus on Listings:
This event will specifically highlight listings in St. Joe, Muenster, and Lindsay and areas close to here. If you have a listing in these areas, we would love to include it in the tour! Our goal is to streamline logistics and make the most of our time together.
Preparation for Listing Agents:
If you’re a listing agent with properties on the tour, please prepare flyers for distribution. I’ll also provide a feedback form for peer evaluations of each property, ensuring we all gain valuable insights.
Brainstorming Session:
This is a fantastic opportunity for agents representing buyers to discuss their clients’ needs. Even if your listing isn’t part of the tour, we encourage you to join us and share information about your listings and buyer requirements. Together, we can help more families find their dream homes!
Logistics:
We plan to leave the bank around 10:00 AM and caravan to the selected homes. Listing agents are encouraged (but it's not necessary) to have someone at their property to turn on lights and welcome us upon arrival.
