This series will take you on a culinary journey through the key regions of Pakistan and India and I will teach you how to make each region's special dish. This is to celebrate South Asian Heritage Month which rund from 18th July to 17th August. These events will run for five weeks every Saturday starting on 20th July.
Episode One: Kashmir: Chicken or Aubergine Rogan Josh with Garlic Naan
Episode Two: Goa: Goan Fish Curry or Goan Veg Curry with Boiled Rice
Episode Three: Punjab: Homestyle Chicken Curry or Cauliflower Curry with Roti
Episode Four: Kerala: King Prawn Curry or Paneer Curry with Cumin Rice
Episode Five: Rajasthan: Five Lentil Curry with Butter and Coriander Roti
