About this Event
Raheel continues on his tour of India and Pakistan, episode 3 sees him arrive in the region of Punjab.
This 2-hour masterclass will feature a full demonstration showcasing Raheel’s authentic homestyle cooking methods including special techniques and tips for producing stunningly flavoured Punjabi style dishes, utilising flavoursome whole spices as the foundation for this vibrant cuisine. You will then ‘cook-along’ with Raheel who will guide you through making your own dish, homestyle chicken curry from scratch, with roti (unleavened flat-bread) accompaniment, to take away with you.
All ingredients will be provided for you and are included in the ticket price.

More about Raheel
Ecclesall-based cook Raheel has a bit of a love affair with appearing on TV programmes becoming 5 times champion on Countdown and making successful appearances on The Chase and The Weakest Link; he then competed in the 2020 series of MasterChef UK.
Raheel launched his own virtual cook-along business during the first lockdown & has since delivered cooking events from his home kitchen, with his daughter Isla often making an appearance. In 2021 he became a Guinness World Record holder when he orchestrated 532 people cooking online simultaneously from his home – eclipsing the previous record three-fold!
