🍱 11:00 AM – Lunch ClassStart your day with a hands-on cooking session where you’ll make a fresh Asian-style lunch. Each week features a different theme—Vietnamese, Japanese, Chinese, and more.
You’ll prepare:
- One main dish
- One side
- A small dessert

Return in the evening to learn how to make a complete Asian-style family dinner designed to feed four people. Each class features a 3-course meal:

Themes rotate weekly — Japanese Katsu Curry, Vietnamese Claypot Fish, Cantonese Soy Sauce Chicken, Chinese Sichuan Night, and more.
