Description

Take this opportunity to explore Korean cuisine with a Southern accent. You'll whip up a dipping sauce and then create a pancake made primarily of chopped kimchi topped with crispy bacon & parsley; roast a chicken and make yangnyeom sauce to complement it; bake spinach with toasted sesame seeds; and produce a simple but delightful dessert.

For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine paired with your meal.

Each attendee will receive a copy of Korean American: Food That Tastes Like Home by Eric Kim. Eric Kim will not be participating in this class.
