Lauren grew up in a lively Greek household where the kitchen was always buzzing, and food was more than a meal—it was a celebration. Her daughter, Jessica, has carried on the tradition with golden, flaky spanakopita often taking center stage at holidays, birthdays, and "just because". Together, they’ll show you how to layer phyllo dough with spinach, feta, and herbs to create this iconic Greek dish. Come for the cooking tips, stay for the stories, and leave with a little “Opa!” in your heart.
What to expect: This is a cooking demonstration, not a hands-on class! The instructors will walk you through each step of the process to cook the dish in real life. You will be provided with a paper copy of their recipe, so you can take any additional notes, and you will get to taste a portion of the dish at the end.
