Location: The Plant Room at Manchester's Freight Island
Bring the essence of South Indian cuisine to your home kitchen! Learn to prepare traditional dishes like stuffed idlis, Uttapam, flavourful Sambar and aromatic coconut chutney. All ingredients and recipes provided. During the evening you’ll enjoy the food you’ve prepared together and take any leftovers home with you.
The Cracking Good Food Cookery School is Ethical, Sustainable, Delicious and genuinely makes a difference. We are a social enterprise and every delicious dish you create goes beyond the kitchen.

- Each ticket provides a nourishing meal for the homeless community
- And we ask you to bring a piece of pre-loved kitchen kit such as a mug, grater or pot for our Kitchen Kit Call Out redistribution campaign for communities in need
