About this Event
Conway Regional Health System Biketoberfest is a month-long celebration promoting Conway’s cycling amenities and routes with rides in four different formats: road, mountain, gravel, and community. The city of Conway has many opportunities for cycling—and Conway Regional Health & Fitness Center is proud to offer an expansive indoor cycling space for community rides.
Amanda Castillo, ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Schwinn® Indoor Cycling instructor, will lead three 50-minute rides throughout the month of October!
Join us for The TACO Ride, open to all levels. Amanda will offer a high-energy cycling class on site at Caldwell Toyota! Cousins’ Office Furniture will be taking the fleet of indoor bikes to Caldwell!! Then, we finish up with tacos, music and friends as the outdoor cyclists complete their rides. You don't want to miss this experience!!!
*Spin shoes are not required as bikes are compatible with clip-in, or cages for athletic shoes. If this is your first time to participate in an indoor cycling class, be sure to arrive a little early so Amanda can assist with your setup.
**Participants must be 18 years or older and will be required to sign a waiver before participating in class.
