Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery Flag placement will be held on May 25, 2024At 7:30 AM -all vehicles welcome convoy with us. We will meet at Massillon Appliance Center (Old Starway Lanes bowling alley right near Bell Store on 93/Lincoln Way)

We will depart promptly at 7:45 AM. When we arrive at OWRNC about 8:40 ish staff will be on hand to direct traffic and assist with parking on the roads throughout the cemetery. Golf carts will be looping around to give rides, but attendees should dress for the weather and be prepared to do a lot of walking.
9:00am at the main Flagpole for a brief ceremony and then will disburse around the cemetery to place flags. Flags will be provided. Approximately 30,000 flags will be placed.
I have already registered our group as per their request, and they are requesting an approximate headcount of volunteers. Please comment in the pinned comment in the discussion section the number of volunteers coming with you so they can plan accordantly. You can stay as little or as long as you wish.
