Join us for an anniversary celebration! ALL DAY: We'll have our usual Guatemalan-inspired menu available from 7 am - 8 pm.
FIAMBRE: We'll have Fiambre, a traditional Guatemalan dish, to celebrate Dia de Todos Santos. You can order ahead and take home, or come for a plate to enjoy with us.
ALTAR: We'll have a traditional altar to celebrate Día de Todos Santos, so please bring a photo of loved ones you'd like to share, a flower arrangement, or another small memento to celebrate our ancestros and our roots, which bring us ritual and tradition.
MARIMBA CONCERT 5:30 - 6:30 pm: Marimba Ojos de Quetzal will celebrate with us our 3rd birthday.
INTENTION CEREMONY & FOGATA 7 pm: We'll have a little fogata (fire) where you can throw in a candle of intention for our local & global community. We'll provide the candles; you provide the good intentions.
We are so grateful for the 3rd anniversary of opening our doors here, in the Northside of Denver. We are thankful for the fantastic community and team that has supported us every day. We are grateful to the producers who trust us to connect seed to cup to community, and the joy that fuels us.
