To mark International Men’s Day 2025, The Growth Network presents an evening of real conversation, connection, and community — celebrating men in business and wellbeing in a safe, inclusive, and uplifting space.

Held at The Crisis Café, Newry, this relaxed gathering brings together professionals, entrepreneurs, students, and community members to explore what it means to lead with empathy, purpose, and balance in today’s world.

Martin is the Founder of The Growth Network, a cross-border community connecting entrepreneurs and professionals through authentic relationships that drive business and personal growth.
With over 20 years’ experience in marketing, business development, and education, he’s a Certified Coach (EMCC Practitioner), two-time All-Ireland Business All-Star Award winner, and Master Practitioner in LinkedIn Marketing. Martin lectures in Business and Digital Marketing at South Eastern Regional College and serves as a Non-Executive Director at Newry Credit Union and Board Member of BITA Dublin.
