Contractor Capital Solution Program Launch
Struggling with cash flow?
The Contractor Capital Solution Program (CCSP) is contract-based financing for small
and diverse contractors looking to bid and cash flow public works construction
contracts. CCSP allows contractors to use awarded contracts as collateral for project
cash flow funding. This means having the cash flow you need when you need it most!
CCSP participants will also gain enhanced skills in understanding bid documents
and their implications, conducting project cash flow analysis, and optimizing change
order management. The CCSP has helped many small and diverse contractors. Find

Requirements:
- Business in California
- Been in business for 1 year
- Have a contractors license
- Hold certifications (SLBE, SDB, LBE)
