Contract Management - South

A one-day interactive course that covers rules and regulations as they apply to council procurement, elements of the procurement process, value for money decision making, Tender and RFQ evaluation techniques, managing conflict of interest, what constitutes a contract and a little about risk management, contract management and negotiation skills.
