Otgo Waller will be sharing with us the Fundamentals of Mongolian Contortion (Splits and Backbends).
This workshop will be focusing on unlocking each individual’s flexibility on a deeper level. At the end of the workshop the students will be practicing their chin stand with the help of the instructor.
Students are encouraged to ask questions regarding the improvement of their flexibility.
This Workshop is open for All Levels; From beginners to flexibility enthusiasts to professional athletes aerialists dancers pole artists & instructors.

The student is free to pick any preferred trick.
Eg. Chin Stand Needle Scale Chin Stand Splits Donut Crocodile etc. (Entirely up to the student ).
The 1-1 private sessions will be 1 hour so it’s best for the student to have a clear idea of what trick they want to work on.
Students are encouraged to focus on a maximum of 2 contortion tricks in order to have enough time to grasp the information of each trick and to practice.

0tgo Waller is a professional contortionist as well as the creator and owner of Flexible Body Art LLC ™®-2016 technique and school.
Otgo grew up in the shadow of the holy mountain Bogd Uul near the Mongolian capital city of Ulaanbaatar. When Otgo was 7 years old she dreamed of becoming a contortionist and by 13 years old Otgo was one of the best contortionists in the world.
In 1980 Otgo graduated from the Mongolian State Circus specializing in Contortion Art. In 1991 the Ringling Brothers & Barnum Bailey circus discovered Otgo and she immigrated to America. After arriving in America Otgo’s career exploded.
After performing for many years Otgo began to teach the art of contortion and flexibility. Otgo created her own training technique to help every individual become more flexible.
Otgo has trained people of all ages and levels. Her most notable clients include Olympic athletes top professional contortionists and circus artists international high fashion models competitive body builders and national-level ice skaters.
