I invite you to explore the very substance of the intelligent body - before language - through breath, sound, movement, and deep stillness
This is a therapeutic, body-based approach that works safely and deeply at the root level of our being - our biological and cellular awareness. It ideeply supports our rooting in embodied presences, and is particularly useful for those drawn to healing trauma and relieving stress on many levels...

This season, I invite you to a series of 4 or 8 evenings for:
· Awakening our senses
· Opening to our fluid nature
· Nourishing ourselves from within
· Leting go of unwanted psychological material
· Embodying Psyche
· Deepening inner silence
We explore through movement, breath, awareness, and posture, supporting a deeper connection with our own embodied process. Alongside experiential exploration, I offer psycho-spiritual input to help ground the work in contemporary somatic psychotherapy, offering insights into how to bring regulation, coherence, and containment when we feel unbalanced or overwhelmed.
Classes are open to anyone wishing to explore and share their embodied presence in a relational group context.

As a qualified Continuum teacher, I draw on 30+ years of engaging in meditation, music, yoga, and psycho-spiritual psychotherapy. This is an embodied and poetic spiritual practice that will set the foundation for your future stages of perceptual, emotional, social, intellectual, and spiritual growth.
