Continuous Improvement inspired by LeSS experiments, with Yi Lv

When adopting LeSS frameworks is not feasible or desirable, we can still benefit from LeSS for our large-scale product development. In fact, LeSS did not start with frameworks but with experiments. The purpose of those experiments is to improve large-scale product development. Besides adopting frameworks, we can get inspiration from LeSS experiments for our continuous improvement, i.e. continuous improvement inspired by LeSS experiments. The essence of this approach is to let our problems and related LeSS experiments meet in one system model. We shall elaborate it with examples.
