Continuing Yoga for Hypermobility (M2, M3)

*Prerequisite Required: Must have attended1-2x with referral from the instructor, Amanda Wentworth, to progress to this next-step class.

• When: Once a week for six weeks on Thursdays from 10:30-11:30am, from January 30 - March 6, 2025.
• Where: In-person at The Osher Center for Integrative Health at Vanderbilt (3401 West End Ave, Suite 380, Nashville TN, 37203)
• Facilitator: Amanda Wentworth, C-IAYT, E-RYT500, CRYT

This class is a next-step series for those who have previously completed Osher's Yoga Support for Hypermobility (a class designed for those with Hypermobility Syndrome, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, and other chronic conditions). It provides on-going support for progress towards building physical steadiness and strength, exploring stabilizing breath, and increasing one's trust in their own system.

Prerequisite Required: Must have attended and completed the entire series of 1-2x with referral from the instructor, Amanda Wentworth, to progress to this next-step class.

This class has combined suitability codes and intentions listed below (see image). Appropriate for those sharing the same goal with different abilities and movement experience.

This in person class will occur at the Osher Center for Integrative Health at Vanderbilt. We are located at 3401 West End Avenue, Suite 380, Nashville TN 37203. Parking is behind the building. We will provide parking validation. The building is owned by Highwoods Properties, and it looks like a corporate office. Should you need assistance in getting to our center, you can call 615-343-1554. Please note that our scheduling line will not be available for evening classes after 5:30pm.

Participants may cancel up to one week before start date without penalty, after that date, there is a 20% cancellation fee. No refund is available after the class start date.Tue
