During each session we teach moves from our tai chi set of 108 movements. Come and experience the peace and calmness that our practice brings. Learn to relax, let go of worry, and be more mindful. Join us for multiple sessions during the week.
We are a non-profit organization and request donations to support our charitable purpose of making the Taoist Tai Chi Arts available to all.
