About this Event
Designing with real content can help you create better experiences for your users and have better discussions or reviews with stakeholders. But “real content” doesn’t have to be “final content”—low-fidelity content can help you tap into users’ needs and feelings, solve problems early on, and get better feedback. In this talk, we’ll see how you can figure out what needs to be said and where, and how you (or your content designer, or your favourite AI assistant) can turn that into final content.

About our speaker:
Carmel Scharf is an experience researcher and content designer who loves helping other designers discover their inner writer. She found UX after 7 years in public health, where she saw how good user experiences can (literally) save lives. Since then, she’s helped product teams understand their users better and understand how to create better things for those users. Today, she is a Senior Experience Researcher at Mastercard.
