About this Event
Working in silver and base metals such as copper, you will learn various skills including piercing, filing, soldering, roller pressing, folding and scoring, and ring making. Please note that this is not a purpose built jewellery workshop but a great supportive environment for exploration and experimentation. The course is suitable for everyone including beginners. The emphasis is on creativity and experimentation as well as developing technical skills.
A limited amount of copper will be supplied and advice will be given on the purchase of silver (you do not necessarily need to purchase silver). Students will need to purchase their own saw blades.
