Your safety and wellbeing is of utmost importance to us, kindly read through our updated studio regulations as of 1 July 2020.
CLASS REGISTRATION
Please note that each student is only allowed to book and attend TWO CLASSES A WEEK across all levels and genres.
Our classes are released on a weekly basis, and the following week’s classes (Monday to Sunday) will be available for booking every Friday, 5pm.
CHECK IN AND OUT
Please arrive at SDT only 30min before your class (no earlier, or you will be asked to wait outside the premises).
All students are required to check in and check out using the SafeEntry QR Code. Kindly flash the check-in page to our front desk upon entry. Contactless temperature taking will be conducted and must below 37.5 degrees celcius.
To minimise contact, you will be advised to leave immediately after your class. Students are permitted to enter the studio 15min before class. After class, do not stay in the studio and SDT premises for more than 15min and 30min respectively.
USAGE OF MASKS
Masks are to be worn at all times within the SDT premises. You may choose to keep your masks on or off when you are engaging in strenuous activities in the studio. Once you exit the studio, you are required to put on your masks immediately.
CLASS CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS
Please do not book a slot if you are unsure of your schedule or if you are feeling unwell. We will be strictly enforcing our cancellation policy. Kindly arrive at least 15 minutes before class starts to ensure sufficient time for check-in and temperature taking.
Should you be unable to attend class, kindly cancel by 5pm of the previous working day to avoid a late cancellation penalty. Kindly cancel via email to [email protected] or you may phone our front desk at 6338-0611, other forms of cancellations are not accepted.
Should a student register and not attend a class, the student will be given a warning on the first offence. Should there be a second offence, the student will be barred from registering or attending classes for the remaining of Phase 2, negotiations are not permitted.
CLASS SIZES AND CLEANING
Our studios are extensively wiped down and sanitised in between classes. Anti-bacterial wipes are readily available for any additional cleaning. Cleaning frequency in the studio has also been increased and we are regularly disinfecting highly-touched surfaces.
Following the guidelines from relevant authorities, our studios are permitted to cater to the following number of students per class. There are to be no more than 50 students in the premises at any time.
- Founder's Studio: 30 students
- Studio One: 20 students
- Choo-San Goh Studio: 19 students
- Community Studio: 18 students
